If your pet is on long-term medication, you can use our repeat prescription form to request their next supply. This helps us prepare your order in advance and makes collection as smooth as possible.

Please allow enough notice when ordering, as all prescription requests need to be checked by our team before they can be dispensed. If your pet is due a check-up before more medication can be issued, we’ll be in touch.

For existing prescriptions only
Repeat prescriptions are for medication already prescribed by our vets. If your pet has not had this medication from us before, or if anything has changed, please contact the practice first.
